Default values are pulled from config, without this step storagePolicy needs to be configured manually to avoid issues

Reworked
DlcsDatabaseFixtureto inherit from new classDlcsDefaultDatabaseFixture. The former creates customer etc, the latter is an empty db with migrations applied.
